It would be appreciated if everyone could be seated for the 2.00 pm start. The following documents are now available to read, as a download, in the members’ section of our website under the tab entitled ‘Documents’. You must be logged in as a member in order to access this page since it is not a public one. Any member who wishes to have a hard copy of any of the documents in advance of the meeting should contact the Secretary well before the AGM. It would be appreciated if all members who wish to have the documentation at the meeting bring it with them.
If you are unable to attend the AGM you can, if you wish, nominate a proxy to vote in your place. A proxy voting form is available on the website under ‘Documents‘ or from the Secretary [secretary@eastlothianu3a.org.uk] and must be returned to the Secretary at least 72 hours before the AGM.
