Summer Picnic Cockenzie House 17th August 2023
You are cordially invited to our 6th Annual Picnic
Please meet in the Cockenzie House Cafe to purchase morning coffee at 10.30
Please bring your own picnic lunch for later on and if you are running in the ever popular egg and spoon race, please bring your hard boiled egg and a suitable spoon.
This year we will have a new creative competition:
- The most original summer hat (ladies)
- The most original summer hat (gentlemen)
Hopefully this competition will be judged by Brenda Naples (Millinery) based in Cockenzie House.
The afternoon will be the usual fun and games with:
- The Egg and Spoon Race
- The Deportment Race (Books balanced on the head)
- The boules in the tyre throwing competition
- The tennis balls in the bucket throwing competition
Please let me know by 10th August if you are planning to come and also if you are planning to enter the hat-making competition.
